Lucas and I decided to get a jump on the weekend with a little Saturday morning hike before lunch. We drove just south of the house to a really nice open space park managed by Fort Collins. The city hosts a really nice birding fair each year at this facility that we have been to many times. This was the first time that we had hiked all of the way down to the East shelters along the lake.
